Terms of Service

Service

Navmetrica provides analytical estimates from customer-authorized data and third-party information sources. Results are decision support, may be incomplete or uncertain, and do not guarantee search position, traffic, revenue, or any third-party outcome.

Acceptable use

You must have authority to connect each property and submit each dataset. You may not use the service to generate deceptive traffic, manipulate third-party systems, violate privacy, evade access controls, or upload sensitive personal information.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly or annually until canceled. Annual plans receive the advertised discount. Capacity and pricing are those shown at checkout; taxes may apply. Cancellation takes effect according to the billing portal terms.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of submitted data. Eagle Digital retains the service, models, methods, and software. You grant the limited rights necessary to process authorized data and provide the service.

Independent estimates

The document engagement proxy is independently derived. It is not a Google score and does not expose, replicate, or represent any search engine’s internal ranking system.

Liability

The service is provided subject to applicable law and the commercial agreement governing your account.
