Data we process

Navmetrica processes account details, organization settings, authorized search performance, configured analytics outcomes, query lists, and operational logs to provide the service. We do not sell personal information.

Source authorization

Connected source access is read-only and limited to the properties you select. Tokens and platform credentials are encrypted at rest and never returned to the browser after storage.

Retention and deletion

Evidence and audit retention follow the organization’s active service and legal obligations. An authorized organization administrator may request export or deletion through support.

Security and subprocessors

We use access controls, encryption, audit trails, rate limits, backups, and operational monitoring. Authorized data may be processed by infrastructure, payment, analytics-enrichment, and communications subprocessors only to deliver the service.
